Conference Fees

Conference 26 May – 28 May 2021:

Institutional fee applies to people working at same Institution/University/Company. If you wish to register with an Institutional fee; please fill in the registration form once with the primary contact name for the institution. Then send a list of all the names including their email to iacee2021@videre.ntnu.no 

Early bird-fee for registrations until 31 March. Ordinary fee from 1 April 2021.

The conference is included VAT according to the Norwegian Tax Regulations so we have to send our invoices with VAT. The conference is in Norway handled by a Norwegian PCO and we have to follow Norwegian VAT regulations.

Terms and conditions

Preamble

These terms and conditions regulate the relationship between the IACEE2021 Congress organizers (NTNU, IACEE) and the attendees of the conference. By registering to the IACEE 2021 Conference you consent to the following terms and conditions.

§ 1 Prices and conditions

IACEE 2021 ticket prices include participation in the virtual conference. One day tickets include participation one day only. All other tickets include participation in the virtual conference 26 – 28 May 2021

§ 2 Cancellation Policy

  • Until 27 April 2021: Refund is given, but a cancellation fee of NOK 500,- must be paid.
  • From 28 April 2021: no refund

You are responsible for cancellation of travel and hotel reservations if you do not attend the event.

§ 3 Recordings

You consent to IACEE 2021 Organizer making recordings of you by any means including without limitation, electronic recording, film, and photography without compensation of any kind to you. You also consent to the IACEE 2021 Organizer the right of use of such recordings regarding all IACEE-related matters and all possible manner of distribution, such as but not limited to publishing on the webpage of IACEE and IACEE 2021 Organizer.

§ 4 Liability

The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. The IACEE 2021 Organizer cannot accept any responsibility or liability for injuries or losses sustained as a result of any cancellations, accidents, illness or other occurrences that may arise in connection with the conference or its evening events. Participants are advised to organize appropriate travel and health insurance themselves.

§ 5 Force Majeure

In the event that the IACEE 2021 Organizer is prevented from carrying out its obligation as a result of any cause beyond its control, such as but not limited to acts of war, acts of terrorism, disease or pandemic, airline flight cancellations, strikes, flood and failure of third parties to deliver goods or services, organizer shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities for as long as fulfillment is prevented.
